Our Story
The same fire since ’76
In November 1976, the Char-Hut family converted the old Royal Castle on Miami Gardens Drive into the very first Char-Hut. Nearly fifty years later we’re still family owned, still grilling in front of you, and still serving the leanest, most delicious burgers in town.
